Dr Sharif’s work is built around one conviction: organisations improve when evidence becomes better decisions, values become everyday behaviour, and learning becomes demonstrable capability.
He holds a PhD in Talent Management and a Master’s in Assessment & Evaluation from the University of Melbourne. Across more than two decades of applied consulting he has delivered 10,000 assessments and coached more than 200 senior executives.
